C E Benson

Carl Ewing “C.E.” Benson was born to Grady Bruce, II and Summer Gail (Bridges) Benson on July 28, 2010 at Wichita Falls, TX and departed this life at Temple, OK on March 11, 2012 at the age of 1 year, 7 months and 12 days.

C.E. was at his first sunflower harvest at 2 weeks of age and at 3 months was in his car seat on the tractor sowing wheat. He has also seen the ocean at Galveston and at the end of January this year made a trip to Disney World through A Wish With Wings. While there he enjoyed grabbing the nose of Mickey and Mini Mouse. He enjoyed playing with his brother and sister, drinking sweet tea, playing with balloons and loved operating his cell phone or anyone else’s.

Survivors include his Mom and Dad, Summer and Grady Benson of the home; his brother, Payton Taylor Benson and sister, Lilli Michelle Benson both of the home; maternal grandmother, Sue Bridges of Hastings, OK; paternal grandparents, Bruce and Maxine Benson of Randlett; paternal great grandparents, Dean and Calvin Stoner of Randlett, Bill and Ruby Benson of Waurika; 2 aunts, Heather Hernandez and husband Santiago of Garland, TX, Dallas Hayes and husband Kevin of Chickasha, OK; little buddy and cousin, Kason Hayes; many other relatives and friends.
