Michael Barfield

Micheal Henry Barfield was born to Henry Ules and Marie Estaline (Hood) Barfield on April 9, 1952 at Cache, OK and departed this life in Temple, OK on January 19, 2018.

Micheal grew up at Cache where he graduated from CHS. He has made his home in Cache most of his life working as an HVAC Mechanic and later was employed by the City of Lawton as a street planner. Due to ill health Micheal has made his home in Temple since August of 2017 to be near his sister.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Henry and Marie Barfield; 2 brothers, Robert Barfield and Vern Barfield; and a sister, Coweta Keiningham.

Micheal is survived by a son, Christopher Micheal Barfield of Austin, TX; 2 grandchildren; 2 brothers, CJ Barfield of Devol, OK and Lindy Barfield of Cache; 4 sisters, Macil Akin of San Diego, CA, Rixie Milliron of Redmond, OR, Dolorse Wood of Devol, and Nina Bruce of Temple; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

No funeral service will be held per Michael’s wishes.
