Rob Romine, 59, Devol, OK  

Memorial Service with urn placed at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK, Monday, December 7 at 11:00 a.m. with Military Honors. A visitation will be held Sunday, December 6 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Walters, OK.    

Robin Harold “Rob” Romine was born to Harold Floyd and Lucille (Hardin) Romine on May 26, 1956 in Lansing, MI and departed this life in Devol, OK on November 28, 2015 at the age of 59 years, 6 months and 2 days.  

Rob attended school in Howell, MI, Osage City, KS, Searcy, AR and graduated from high school at Corning, AR. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1997, retiring then as MSgt Romine. He went on to work many years for Southern Star Dish Network.   Rob loved to fish, hunt and play paint ball. He enjoyed pulling pranks and making people laugh.  

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Romine; and his brother, Shannon F. Romine.  

Survivors include his father, Harold F. Romine and wife Betty of Decatur, TX; 4 sisters and their husbands, Sheila Romine of Decatur, TX, Teresa (Romine) Pallotti and David of Severna Park, MD and daughter Rachel, Cindy (Romine) Waugh and Timothy of Portland, OR and daughters Jessica and Lauren, Tracy Romine-Mann of Vallejo, CA and her daughter Courtney and sons Taz and Tristan; other relatives and a host of friends.
