Frank Lewis, Phoenix, AZ A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of Christ in Temple, OK, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m., Dr. John Edmerson officiating under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Temple. Frank Lewis was born to Frank Lonzelle Lewis and Alma (McClellan) Henry on May 21, 1956 at Grandfield, OK and departed this life in Phoenix, AZ on November 28, 2014 at the age of 58 years, 6 months and 7 days. Frank grew up at Temple attending Temple Public Schools and also lived at Clinton, OK, during his teenage years. He served his country in the United States Army. Upon his discharge he made his home in California until moving to Phoenix, Arizona, working as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Diane Johnson; brothers, Raymond Miles and Matthew Simmons West; his paternal grandmother, Jewel Baldwin Lewis and grandfather, Jack Lewis. Survivors include his brothers and sisters, Dr. John Edmerson and wife Dr. LaShelle Edmerson of Cincinnati, OH, Ida Marie Downing and husband Paul of Temple, ND Miles Jr. and Mary Jene of Clinton, Louis Miles of Temple, Lonzell Lewis and Jenette of Wichita Falls, TX, Mack Simmons Jr. of Temple, Paul Lewis of Dallas, TX, Frankie G. Lewis of Los Angeles, CA, Angela M. Lewis of Perris, CA, Tonya Lewis of Yucaipa, CA, and Angela L. Lewis of Los Angeles; his aunts, Mary Caldwell of Tulsa, Helen Mack of Grayson, Louella Drew of Chelsey, Gladys Tisdale of Tulsa, Edna Philips of Beggs, Betty Lewis of Houston; his uncles, Booker T. McClellan, Joby McClellan and Oscar McClellan both of Tulsa, Tommy McClellan and Elliot McClellan both of Howe, OK; many other relatives and friends.
