Lela Mae "Blondie" (Williams) Dilbeck was born to Warren Dean and Nora (Sweeten) Williams on February 13, 1927 at Chattanooga, OK and departed this life in Lawton, OK, on September 4, 2013 at the age of 86 years, 6 months and 22 days. Blondie grew up at Chattanooga. She married Walter Lee Dilbeck on April 20, 1946 at Burkburnett, TX. They made their home at Burkburnett for a few years before moving to a farm house west of Walters, and eventually moved to town. She was a mainly homemaker but did work for a time at Collins Drug Store in Walters. She was known as "Annie" by her grandchildren and loved to spend time with them. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Walters. Blondie enjoyed quilting, crocheting, and fishing with her husband at Waurika Lake. She also enjoyed going on trips and even went deep sea fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; and a sister, Minnie Hicks. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Buck Clem of Randlett, OK; her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Judy Dilbeck of Walters; her brother and sister-in-law, Don and Sharon Williams of Burkburnett; 5 grandchildren and spouses, Billy and Tracy Clem, Robyn and Wade Lewis, Dustin Clem and Aubrey all of Randlett, Jeff and Jamie Dilbeck, Jeremy and Talitha Dilbeck all of Walters; 11 great grandchildren, Jayce, Harli, Tucker, Briah, Mercede, Gavin, Dane, Daisy, Bryant, Alyssa, Kerissa and Jacob; other relatives and a host of friends.
