Aline Reed

Graveside services at the Temple Cemetery, Temple, OK, Thursday, April 25 at 3:00 p.m., Bro. Kevin Simpson officiating. Viewing will be held Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Temple. Aline "Tincy" (Collier) Reed was born to J. Lee and Mary Etta (Lamb) Reed on August 6, 1927 at Temple, OK and departed this life in Comanche, OK on April 22, 2013 at the age of 85 years, 8 months and 16 days. Aline grew up at Temple where the family attended the Baptist Church. She married Willis Weldon Reed on May 13, 1961 at Temple. They made their home in the St. Jo and Nocona area of North Texas until his death on September 27, 1989. She eventually moved to Waurika, OK and later to Comanche where she resided for several years at Meridian Nursing home. She was the youngest and last of 9 Collier children to include Samuel Dewey, Lula Mae, Ruby Lee, J. Buster, Bessie Pearl, Katie Bell, twins Ethel and Eithel, and then the youngest, Aline. Survivors include a step-son Charles Reed of Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews.
