Jackie Charles Williams was born to Lloyd Alva "Jack", Jr. and Bertha Mae Welden Williams on January 8, 1943, at Walters, OK and departed this life on May 26, 2011, at Wichita Falls, TX, at the age of 68 years, 4 months and 18 days. Jackie grew up at Walters, graduating from Walters High School in 1961and then attended Decatur Baptist College for one year. He later married Sandra Joy Fairl in 1974, at Walters and to the union two daughters were born. He made his home at Walters until 2008 when he moved to a retirement center in Wichita Falls, TX. He enjoyed attending church, music, fellowshipping with others, fishing, drawing, and giving things to people. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Temple, OK and was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge. He attended Grace Church at Wichita Falls from time to time when his health permitted. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his daughters, Joyce Levell and husband Johnie of Douglas, GA, and Charla Mae Skinner and husband David of Duncan, OK; 8 grandchildren, Lora Beth Levell, Josiah William Levell, Audrey Mae Levell, and Andrew Clifford Levell all of Douglas, GA, Brooklyn Reece Skinner, Hannah Grace Skinner, Kami Bree Skinner, and Noah David Skinner all of Duncan, OK; several cousins, other relatives and friends.
