Douglas Wayne Allen

Douglas Wayne Allen was born to John Douglas and Juanita Louise (Cooper) Allen in Dallas, Texas on July 10, 1957 and departed this life in Oklahoma City on March 9, 2011 at the age of 53 years, 7 months and 27 days. Wayne grew up around the country and called Walters, OK home where he attended school. He joined the U.S. Navy before he worked in the oilfields in Oklahoma, Oil Refinery work in Texas then back to Oklahoma to work in a machine shop before going to work for the Comanche Red River Casino the n onto the Comanche Star Casino where he did maintenance. He married Debra "Debbie" Marie Simon on October 29th, 1976. Wayne attended Calvary Baptist Church, Walters and enjoyed motorcycles, helping people, music reading and to tinker with things. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Simon of Oklahoma City; parents, Doug and Juanita Allen of Walters; two sons, Jason Paul Simon and Christopher Robert Allen both of Oklahoma City; four brothers, Sam Allen and wife Nancy of Walters, Roy Allen and wife Teena of Walters, Donald Allen of Walters and Richard Allen and wife Kimberly of Oklahoma City; a sister, Nancy Morse of Walters; a grandson, Jacob Ashton Simon of Pearland, TX and many other relatives and friends.
