Fred Lee Davis

Fred Lee Davis was born to Claude Lee and Florence Ethel (Hendrix) Davis in Caney, Oklahoma on May 1, 1935 and departed this life in Cookietown, Oklahoma on February 24, 2011 at the age of 75 years, 9 months and 23 days. Fred grew up in Randlett, OK where he graduated High School in 1953. He married Kay Francis Baggs on February 4, 1956 in Wichita Falls, TX and she passed away on December 3, 2007. He started working for Gobels Dairyland Milk and worked for the City of Wichita Falls, Street Department before going to work for Wilson Manufacturing and Amron as a machinist. Fred enjoyed fishing, hunting, beekeeping and being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Danny Allen Davis and Dee of Randlett, OK; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Wilburn "Gene" Davis and Celia of Wichita Falls, TX and Richard Keith "Dickie" Davis and Alice of Randlett, OK; three sisters, Mildred Joyce Meade of Llano, TX, Ruth Ann Kirkpatrick of Randlett, OK and Patricia Louise and husband Phil Conway of Lake Eufala, OK; two grandsons, James Allen and Jason Michael Davis and many other relatives and friends.
