LaDonna Jane Tisdale

LaDonna Jane Owen Tisdale was born to Ronald Dwaine and Darla Kay (Barber) Owen on January 14, 1970, at Weatherford, OK and departed this life in Temple, OK, on January 7, 2011, at the age of 40 years, 11 months and 24 days. LaDonna graduated from Arapaho High School in 1988. She received an associate's degree in early childhood development and was employed as a nanny in Oklahoma City. She married Jack Wayne Tisdale on August 21, 2000, at Wichita Falls, TX and made their home in Temple, OK. She lived her life as a homemaker, wife and devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews. She was a faithful Christian and a member of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Temple. She was preceded in death by her father Ronald Owen; grandparents Loy and Grace Barber, Bud and Gloria Owen all of Clinton, OK. Survivors include her husband Jack Wayne Tisdale of the home; her step-daughters Precious Mayfield of Etowah, TN, and Evelyn King of Florida; her step-son Jack King Jr. of Burkburnett, TX; 11 grandchildren; her mother and step-father, Darla and Dennis Bierig of Oklahoma City; her sister, Ronda Little and husband Todd, sons Coleman and Cameron of Oklahoma City; a brother, Marshall Owen, children Mason and Micaela of Lewisville, TX; a step-brother, Kevin Bierig, children Darith, Clayton, Colton and Nikole; her parents-in-law, Quinzell and Betty Tisdale of Temple; 3 brothers-in-law, Arthur Wayne, Larry and Billy Ray Tisdale and families all of Temple; her sister-in-law, Brenda Sanchez and family of Temple; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. "Aunt Donut", as you were lovingly referred to, will be greatly missed by your nieces and nephews. You were cherished and adored by your family and touched many lives in you short time here. We could always count on you to be by our side, even in the most difficult times. Nothing will be the same again. We will miss your voice, your laughter, the telephone calls and your strength. We will hold you in our memory and hearts until the day we reunite.
