Jodean Dale Hayes was born to Homer Jefferson and Callie Bell (Gamble) Hayes in Tishomingo, Oklahoma on August, 4, 1925 and departed this life in Randlett, Oklahoma on October 21, 2010 at the age of 85 years, 2 months and 17 days. Jodean grew up and attended school in Tishomingo, OK until she married Jewel Henry Hayes in Tishomingo on May 17, 1943. When he returned from service in the Army they moved to Randlett, OK where she has made her home since 1944. She was a member of the Lighthouse Church, Burkburnett, TX. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, canning, quilting, the Bible, church and loving on her kids and grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1972; a granddaughter, Angela Hayes; and two sisters, Juanita Winkler and Helen Ellis. Survivors include two sons and daughters in law; Jerry and Sherlene Hayes of Amarillo, TX and Tim and Sabrina Hayes of Randlett, OK; three daughters, Judy Gent of Grandfield, OK, Linda and Ken Barbour of Waurika, OK and Vickie and Robert Bradford of Mineral Wells, TX; a brother and sister in law, Homer Jr. and Nelda Dale of Iowa Park, TX; three sisters, Pauline Ayers of Sherman, TX, Bonnie and Alvis Carroll of Wichita Falls and Doris Case of Oklahoma City; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
