Edith Pearl Tabbytosavit-Dulaney was born on September 25, 1945, to Nelson and Ruby Ardell (Ratliff) Tabbytosavit at Lawton, Oklahoma and departed this life on February 13, 2009 in Lawton, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years, 4 months and 19 days. Edith grew up at Walters before moving to Lawton where she attended Fort Sill Indian School. She eventually met and married Allen Eugene Dulaney on August 23, 1978. They made their home in Lawton until moving to Elgin in the mid 1990's. She enjoyed going to church, attending the Cyril Full Gospel Church. She enjoyed going to powwows and anything connected with her Native American Heritage as she was proud to be a Comanche. She played bingo, was into genealogy and maintained the family grave plots. Edith was truly the glue that held the family together, always checking up on everyone. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen, on April 21, 2005; a brother, Mervin Lehmann; an infant sister, Patricia Tabbytosavit. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Micheal and Teresa Ingle of Fletcher, OK; 2 sisters, Carol Specker of Blue Springs, MO and Ruby "Bubbles" Hickey and husband Charles of Lawton; 4 grandchildren, Josh, Caleb and Rebekah Ingle all of Fletcher, OK, and Morgan Austin of Pittsburg, PA; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins; a special niece, Jennifer Fife-Justice of Lawton; a special friend, Brenda Burns and many other relatives and friends.
