Linda Neal

Linda Neal, 72, died December 19, 2020 at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Walters.

Linda was born May 14, 1948 to Paul Jamison and Alice Summers. She had many opportunities to practice her talents in jobs during her life time including dry cleaning, chiropractic technician, small business owner and she spent most of her career as manager in the hotel industry.

Linda loved small town life. She volunteered her time at the Senior Citizens Center, Meals on Wheels as well as at her church, the First United Methodist in Walters. Linda loved adventure and road trips with family. If you were going on a trip, be sure to look in the back seat and you might find her there.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Neal, son Thomas Wright and wife, Kimberly of Garland, Texas and two daughters, Diane and SGM Joe Taylor, El Paso, Texas; Dawn and Doug Teders of McKinney, Texas. Linda had six grandchildren; Trevor and Travis Wright, Samantha Roseberry and Trey Conn, Carolyn and Alex Teders. She is also survived by her mother, Alice Samples, brother and sister-in-law Larry and Tracie Jamison, sisters and brothers-in-law Stephen and Janet Haley, Doug and Shirley Swick, Al and Susan Jasper and Dalise Samples-Teel. There are many nieces and nephews who will greatly miss her, as well as cousins and life time friends.
