Margaret Ann (McCown) Epp was born on November 1, 1945, in Marlow, OK to Hampton Edward and Pearl Jewel (Calger) McCown and departed this life in Lawton, OK, on October 10, 2022, at the age of 76 years, 11 months and 9 days.

Margaret grew up in Marlow and lived in the Marlow and Duncan area until moving to Walters in 1992.  She worked at Taylor’s Restaurant in Marlow for 25 years and for the Marlow Manor for about 10 years.

She was married to Harold Epp in 1992 at Waurika, OK.  She loved farm life and spending time in her flower garden.

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Epp, a son Timothy McCown and a grandson Brandon Irwin.

Survivors include: A son William Irwin of Lexington, OK; a daughter, Kimberly Irwin of Walters, OK; a brother Rick McCown of Duncan and a sister, Virginia Turner of Marlow, OK. Other relatives and many friends.
