Graveside Memorial Service at the Walters Cemetery, Walters, OK on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Walters.

The family is hosting a visitation following the service at the Cotton Electric Civic Center and all are welcome to come by.

Richard Keith Parrack was born to Thomas Werden “Tommy” and Wilma Faye (Randall) Parrack on May 30, 1951 in Walters, OK and departed this life in Wichita, KS on March 31, 2022 at the age of 70, years, 10 months and 1 day.

Rick grew up at Walters, Oklahoma, graduating from Walters High School. He married Robbie Wahnee and to the union a daughter was born. Through the years Rick was a Master Electrician, working as an estimator for Welco Services in Kansas and served as head of the electrical department. They did metal fabrication, pipeline welding and installation, field erection, sanitary welding for food and pharmaceutical. He made his home in Newton, KS and enjoyed playing golf through the years.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Wilma and Tommy Parrack, and his sister, Patricia Ann Garnett.

Survivors include his daughter, Marli Dey of Norman, OK and a grandson, Cole; his brother & wife, Mike & Dorene Parrack of Breckenridge, TX; his nieces, Taleigha Murray & husband Frank Murray of Lake Side City, TX, Mikala Haiduk & husband David Haiduk of Iowa Park, TX, Julissa Culley & husband Chance Culley of Thornberry, TX; other relatives and many friends.
