Jeremy Miller, 37, Walters, OK Funeral services at First Baptist Church, Walters, Thursday, December 18 at 2:30 p.m., Roger Noland, Don Crow and Kent Simpson officiating. Burial in the Walters Cemetery under the direction of Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home in Walters. Memorial donations can be made to Cancer Research, Walters Education Foundation, Church of Christ Ladies Bible Study or the Walters Cemetery Fund. Jeremy Craig Miller was born January 20, 1977 at Lawton, OK and departed this life at Lawton on December 14, 2014 at the age of 37 years, 10 months and 24 days. Jeremy grew up at Walters and then Lawton where he attended 3rd thru 6th grades at Country Club Heights before returning to Walters Public Schools. He moved to Wichita Falls, TX in 1998 where he was employed at James Lane Heating and Air, Otis Refrigeration and later at Absolute Comfort before starting his own business called Comfort Solutions. He moved back to Walters in May of 2012 and has continued to operate as an independent heat and air contractor. Jeremy was a member of the Church of Christ. He enjoyed going to the lake, fishing and duck hunting during his younger years. He was a survivalist. He also enjoyed reading, watching scary movies, playing video games, going to concerts and was self-taught on the guitar. Jeremy's favorite time of the year was Christmas and he loved Christmas movies. Most of all he loved being with his son, Ethan. He was preceded in death by his papaw, Leo Zachary. Survivors include his parents, Ray and Nikki (Zachary) Miller; his fiancé and his son, Jennifer Taylor and Ethan Craig Miller of Walters; his sister, Erin Simpson and husband Shannon of Wichita Falls, TX; his brother, Jacob Miller of Yukon, OK; his nana, Patricia Zachary of Walters; his meme, Ruby Otey of Walters; his grandma and grandpa, Herman and Shirley Miller of El Reno, OK; 3 uncles and spouses, Jody and Becky Zachary of Oklahoma City, Jeff and Penny Zachary of Walters, Jeff and Jeanna Miller of El Reno; an aunt and husband, Kathy and Tom Nicholson of Yukon, OK; he is Kunkle Bub to Gage and Kylie Simpson, Halle, Ryder and Holden Hanson; cousins and spouses include: Kera and Derick Hanson, Colten Zachary, Payten Zachary, Josh and Mercy Conner, Jordan Conner, Ryel Conner, Rachel Conner, John and Tonya Nicholson, Clark and Jessica Nicholson, Cameron Miller and Kaylee Miller; other special nieces and nephews, Bradly, Braylen, Karly, Laythan, Kylie and Isaac; many other relatives and a host of friends.
