Devyn Earlee Parrish was born to Lori Denise Wells and Douglass Wayne Parrish on October 6, 1994 in Lawton, OK and departed this life in Lawton on May 3, 2022 at the age of 27 years, 6 months and 28 days.

Devyn grew up attending elementary school in Lawton, middle school at Central High and high school in Walters, graduating from WHS in 2013. He was currently attending Great Plains Vo-Tech for welding. He has mainly worked in construction as a carpenter, a plumber and was employed at Splash Pools at the time of his death.

Devyn was an avid video gamer and enjoyed playing the guitar and riding 4-wheelers.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charlie Thompson; great grandfather, Gerald Thompson; and great grandparents, Brad and Thelma Stewart.

Survivors include his mother, Lori Denise Wells and Jimmy Halbrooks of Lawton, OK; his father, Doug Parrish of Walters, OK; sisters, Sara Haley Wells-Bender of Lawton and Danyca Parrish of Indiahoma, OK; grandparents, Cheryl Sims of Duncan, OK, Mike and Pam Parrish of Temple, OK; great grandparents, Lavera Thompson of Lawton, John and Lavena Parrish of Walters; aunts and uncles, Jeffrey and Nicole Wells of Brick, NJ, Charles Parrish of Oklahoma City, Autumn and Lucky Langford of Norman, Rocky and Amanda Thompson of El Reno, OK; great uncle and aunt, Chris and Sheila Medcalf of Temple; cousins, Jaxon wells of Brick, NJ, Abygail Wells of Durango, CO, Sierra Parrish of North Carolina, Connor Parrish of St. Louis, MO, Brinley, Avett and Lucy Langford of Norman, Sharidee Thompson and son Gabriel, Jordan and Sierra Thompson; as well as many friends who love him very dearly.
